Attendance Policy & Missed Lesson Options

Fine Arts Voice offers exceptional teaching characterized by artistic excellence, dedication, personalized instruction and positivity.

​ATTENDANCE

We understand that students may occasionally miss a lesson due to illness, rehearsals, dress rehearsals, vacations, school functions or other commitments. We do not offer refunds, credits or rescheduling for missed lessons. Instead, we provide three flexible options to ensure you or your child continues with progress.

MISSED LESSON OPTIONS

If students must miss a lesson, they can choose between one of three options.

1. Online Lesson: In person students may switch to zoom during their reserved lesson time if unable to physically be present.

2. Recorded Lesson: Mini recorded lesson during your reserved lesson time (viewing will be available for two weeks) (*Please provide advance notification of missed lesson as this will be recorded during the scheduled lesson time).

3. Recorded Practice Feedback: Students may send a video or audio recording of technique and / or a song we are currently working on for recorded and / or written feedback and exercises that they may use for further practice.

LESSON SWAPS

While we do not facilitate make-up lessons, you may arrange to swap lesson times with another student if both parties agree.
