CRYSTAL CASEY
Crystal Casey is a vocalist, pianist, and music educator with over 15 years of teaching and professional experience in both performance and education. Crystal takes a positive approach to teaching and believes that music lessons are most effective when they are fun, safe and engaging. Her number one goal is to inspire students to continue learning for years to come. Working with students on piano, singing, and music theory, she tailors lessons to the individual student depending on their unique needs, interests and goals.
Crystal has seen many learners successfully through Royal Conservatory of Music and ABRSM exams and has prepared students for university music programs. She also teaches in the musical theater and popular music genres and has had students become music teachers themselves or go on to acquire recording contracts.
Crystal has a deep background in music. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA in Music Performance and was certified to teach music, grades EC-12, in Texas before her focus turned to private tutoring. She has had the pleasure of singing at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops Orchestra, as well as the Bass Hall and Casa Mañana in Fort Worth, Texas. Crystal is also a singer-songwriter and recording artist, with original music on all the major streaming services.
